4. Committing crimes related to security in Turkey:
According to Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, Turkish authorities have the right to revoke Turkish citizenship and annul citizenship if crimes related to Turkish national security are proven. The Turkish citizen is then tried under the Penal Code, and the Constitutional Court withdraws Turkish citizenship within one month based on the procedures of the Turkish authorities.
